EPICUR Mobility Scholarship
🎓 EPICUR Inclusion Scholarship Regulations – for AMU Students
🌍 What is it?
The EPICUR Inclusion Scholarship helps AMU students take part in short study stays (up to 30 days) at one of the EPICUR partner universities across Europe.
It supports travel, accommodation, and living costs for your time abroad.
EPICUR is a network of nine European universities, including AMU, working together to offer joint international courses and experiences.
✅ Who can apply?
You can apply if you:
- Are enrolled at Adam Mickiewicz University (AMU),
- Have already been accepted to an EPICUR mobility program (course/pathway/summer school with the on-site component),
- Submit a complete application on time.
💬 Who gets priority?
Students who may find mobility more difficult will be given priority:
- Students with a disability,
- Students with low income (meeting social criteria).
If there’s enough funding, other students can also receive support.
💶 What costs are covered?
The scholarship can cover:
- Travel to and from your destination,
- Accommodation,
- Daily living expenses.
- Medical insurance
Not covered:
- Visa or tuition fees,
- Car rentals,
- Conference fees.
If you receive another grant for the same trip, this must be reported and may reduce the scholarship amount.
📝 How to apply
Calls for applications are announced up to three times a year on the AMU EPICUR Project website and they are strictly connected with the enrollment periods for the EPICUR courses.
Your application must include:
- A motivation letter,
- A Learning Agreement,
- A short self-declaration if you belong to a disadvantaged group.
👉 Submit everything electronically as one PDF file to epicur@amu.edu.pl up to 10 days after the final acceptance for the EPICUR program. Details and deadlines for the enrollment process will be available on the AMU EPICUR Project website.
Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
💡 What happens next?
A committee reviews all applications and selects the recipients. You will get the confirmation if you’re awarded a scholarship via email.
- You will get all the instructions about the requested documents for your mobility and payment via email.
If your trip is shortened or cancelled, the scholarship amount will be adjusted.
